If you wish to pay by credit card, you may hand it to the Supervisor on our Truck. There is a wireless credit card processor on the truck. We take All Major Credit Cards, Check or Cash. Credit card transactions are not processed until the actual day of your appointment after the detailer has checked your vehicle with you.

Yes, all appointments are confirmed by telephone, e-mail, or fax within 24 hours. So if you Do Not receive a confirmation from us, please make sure you contact our office immediately to make sure we received your "Order" or "Request for Information."

I assume you don't touch the car engine, right?(which is great, since I don't want it touched) Only the interior and exterior of the car. What about cleaning the trunk?
Yes, on both counts. We Do Not touch the engine of the vehicle. But we Do clean the trunk of the car as long as it is empty.

Vehicles with leather interior are priced according to the condition of the interior and/or the year of the car. We use a special leather cleaner and treatment that restores the leather back to its original feel and look while it cleans and conditions it. The detailers have to spend extra time and care on the interior detailing. Leatherette seats take the same amount of time to clean since we can not use our extractor on these seats.
All leather/leatherette interiors are charged the same price except for two-seater sports cars.
