Do I pay with my Credit Card at the time of the detailing?

If you wish to pay by credit card, you may hand it to the Supervisor on our Truck.  There is a wireless credit card processor on the truck. We take All Major Credit Cards, Check or Cash. Credit card transactions are not processed until the actual day of your appointment after the detailer has checked your vehicle with you.

Since I've never done this before what is the procedure? Do I drop off my car w/keys when I arrive in the morning where they do the detailing?

The truck is usually on-site by 7:30 a.m. or by noon (depends on whether your site is 
our morning stop or afternoon stop). You may leave your car in the designated area, lock it, and drop your keys, name, & plate number with security.

Or, when you arrive, please check in with our detailers to leave you car and keys with them prior to going to your office. 

Or, when the truck arrives, they will call you to bring your vehicle to the designated spot.

Do I just pick up my car when I leave for the day?

Please make these arrangements with the Detailing Supervisor when you check your car in. If you would like, he will call you when the vehicle is done.

NOTE:  If your Company's policy is NOT to use Security for such services . . . Please remember to bring an extra set of keys for your vehicle. If you do not pick up your vehicle prior to the time our truck is ready to leave at the end of the day, your vehicle will be locked with your keys inside our envelope with your payment receipt/guarantee.

Is there anything I need to do to my car to prep it prior to my detailing appointment date?

Yes, please remove everything from the inside and trunk (if you want the
detailer to vacuum the trunk, too)

It is your responsibility to remove all valuables from your vehicle. We can not be responsible for lost or broken items left in the vehicle during the cleaning process. Thank you for understanding.

What is the procedure regarding bad weather?

bullet Our trucks are equipped with large tents with side walls, heaters, and lights. Rain does not stop us.
bullet Thunder and lightning storms we must reschedule.
bullet High winds (above 25 mph) or sporadic gusty high winds along with heavy rain or snow--we must reschedule.  Should we be in the middle of detailing your vehicle when the wind picks up--we will redo the entire vehicle on the rescheduled date.
bullet Light snow with light or no accumulation--no problem.
bullet Heavy snow storm--we will reschedule.  BUT if it snowed the night before and in the morning it is clear weather our truck will go out.

CANCELLATIONS

Procedures . . .

bulletPlease take our telephone number home with you the night before your scheduled detail so that you can call our office should a last minute emergency or business trip arise and you need to cancel your appointment.
bulletIf you cancel your appointment when we send out the reminder the day before or you cancel the same day, you will be charged $25-$50 [depending on the size of the vehicle that was scheduled].  Please understand that once we put our detailers on the truck in the morning, we are PAYING them whether we have work or not.  It is Very Costly for us to send out 4 men and end up with enough work for only 2 men.   Any fees charged will be at the discretion of Mobile Enterprises.  Afterall, we do understand that emergencies do arise and unforeseen circumstances happen to us all.
bulletWe work Rain or Shine.  Our New Shelter is completely enclosed, heated, cooled with fans, and will withstand high winds!!!  If you are not sure what to do, please feel free to  call our office after 7:00 a.m. to check if the truck is going out.
bulletShould we have to cancel the day's appointments due to Extreme Storms, someone from our office will contact you;  we will leave a message on your voice mail.  Or, if you provide us with an alternate number to call we will do so.

Will I get a confirmation of my appointment if I use one of the appointment forms on your web site?

Yes, all appointments are confirmed by telephone, e-mail, or fax within 24 hours. So if you Do Not receive a confirmation from us, please make sure you contact our office immediately to make sure we received your "Order" or "Request for Information."

Yes, on both counts.  We Do Not touch the engine of the vehicle.  But we Do clean the trunk of the car as long as it is empty.

What is the cost to clean a small Sedan with leather interior?

Vehicles with leather interior are priced according to the condition of the interior and/or the year of the car.  We use a special leather cleaner and treatment that restores the leather back to its original feel and look while it cleans and conditions it. The detailers have to spend extra time and care on the interior detailing.  Leatherette seats take the same amount of time to clean since we can not use our extractor on these seats.

 All leather/leatherette interiors are charged the same price except for two-seater sports cars.
